Life with a neurodivergent family: creating calm that works for you

Life with neurodivergence in the family — whether your child, partner, or you yourself are neurodivergent — can be beautiful, but exhausting. Executive function struggles, sensory overload, and inconsistent routines can make staying organised feel almost impossible.

You might be feeling overwhelmed by visual clutter or constant mess. You might be feeling frustrated by unfinished systems or routines that don’t stick. You might feel like your home isn’t supporting your family’s unique needs.

When I work with my clients I approach neurodivergent families with patience, empathy, and practical solutions that truly fit your lifestyle. There is no one size fits all so I will continually ask questions to ensure the work we are doing together truly is impactful for you and your family. Together, we’ll create organising systems that are visible and intuitive — because out of sight often means out of mind, especially for those with ADHD. We will build routines that are flexible and sensory-considerate. We will tackle one area at a time, at a pace that feels right for your energy and focus.

There’s no pressure to be “perfect” — just progress, with support that feels safe.
