Gentle help when you’re ready to let go or reorganise after loss
Grief takes many forms — losing a loved one, a relationship, a home, or even a former version of your life. Organising during or after grief is heavy, and you should never have to do it alone.
You might be feeling paralysed by the thought of sorting through belongings. You might be feeling afraid to let go or afraid you’ll forget if you do let go. You might feel desperate to regain a sense of calm but feel unsure where to begin.
I work at your pace, with deep respect for your story. There’s no rushing, no forcing. Together, we can gently sort through belongings, helping to decide what to keep, donate or store with care. We can create spaces that honour memories without overwhelming you. We can restore calm in your surroundings to help you heal.
I will be by your side, holding space and offering support when the practical feels too emotional to manage alone.
